Digital Time Tracking with CEITON

The new CEITON module for digital and mobile time tracking – create spontaneous holiday requests, off-site tasks, availabilities, project ideas and more in real time, and send them directly to the planning department.

Digital Time Tracking

The core features of the classical time and activity tracking system are clearly and intuitively arranged in the CEITON module. It seamlessly combines time tracking, a calendar, and task management. Internal and external employees, and freelancers enter their working times, their preferred shifts or availabilities online.

“The CEITON time-tracking is customizable for clients. Complex projects can be controlled and every employee’s time accounted for to the nearest minute. Small teams can use it just as easily as large corporations. The UX design also serves as a reference for the further development of the complete CEITON platform.”

Mobile Time and Activity Tracking

The web-based CEITON time tracking module has been optimized for responsive touchscreens and mobile phone displays. Time, activity and overtime tracking for the entire workforce can be realized on mobile and in real-time. Employees on outside broadcasts can easily enter their working times using a smartphone. In addition, the module enables shift planning and the uncomplicated handling of absence and vacation requests. Practical calendaring features as well as the possibility to create reports about working times and annual leave complete the module’s feature set.

“We decided to adopt the CEITON module for digital time tracking because we already use the CEITON planning module. This means we now no longer need an interface between two different products. The system significantly reduces administrative work for us, and all documentation is done electronically. As the module also works on mobile devices, activity logging has become a lot easier for those of our employees who are often away on business or who have been working from home since the COVID-19 pandemic started.”
