New Version 4
The new Version 4 which was launched in April in Las Vegas will be
officially introduced to Europe at IBC. Meanwhile, clients such as SONY and
Warner Bros. have rolled out the CEITON Workflow-System 4.0 in the USA. In
Europe, existing clients like MDR (Central German Broadcasting) and WDR
(West German Broadcasting) have already decided to upgrade. The new version
has fundamentally improved functions which help to reduce costs, to optimize
production processes and supply chains and to organize more transparently -
which is always a good idea, not just in the crisis. You can see at IBC how
you can continuously and systematically save money and improve service and
quality. Book your individual demo at Stand A60 in Hall 3 by calling +49

Whether in TV-broadcasting, radio, post, authoring or film studios – the need to optimize increasingly complex
and digital business and production processes is everywhere. Higher performance and better quality at lower
costs is not contradiction but normal progress! With the CEITON-system, any workflow can be modeled to integrate
personnel, suppliers, partners and customers into transparent and easily manageable supply-chains. Even ERP
systems like SAP, transfer applications like Aspera, encoding solutions like Digital Rapids or quality check
systems and media asset management systems can be easily automated in true workflows, proprietarily or using
standards like BXF or BMF.
While Workflows manage all information flows and hence coordinate 'what' needs to be done in a cooperation,
so it is with scheduling, which defines 'when' and 'by whom'. All company resources can be easily scheduled
and accounted for by the CEITON scheduling while seamlessly integrated in workflows. Whether it is over 30,000
employees or just 10, whether it is about studios or equipment, it does not matter: each resource, deadline,
and status can be controlled, monitored, and updated globally online in a web-browser. Like the Workflow engine,
the Scheduling is by far the most advanced solution of its kind for the media industry. Come and convince
